General Terms of Sale

Effective from 9 October 2026

This is a translation provided for convenience; the French version prevails in case of discrepancy. Read the French version.

1. Seller

Sales are concluded with the publisher named in the legal notice. Contact: [email protected].

2. What is sold

Digital game content, supplied immediately after payment:

All of this content is cosmetic or progression-related: none of it gives any advantage in play. Its nature and price are displayed before purchase. A purchase is linked to an account (username or Google), not to a guest marble.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed when you place your order.

4. Order and payment

Purchases are made from within the game. Before paying, you confirm that you wish to receive the content immediately (see Article 6). Payment is processed by Stripe, an authorised payment service provider: we neither see nor store your bank details. The order is final once payment has been accepted. Details of your purchases can be viewed on the game’s Account screen.

5. Minors

A purchase by a minor must be made with the consent of their legal guardian, who holds the means of payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply where you have expressly requested immediate performance and waived this right (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). This request and this waiver are presented to you, and must be ticked, before each payment; we keep a record of them and send you confirmation of them together with the payment receipt.

7. Conformity and refunds

You benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If purchased content does not appear or does not work as described, write to us: we will restore it or, failing that, refund you. A payment charged twice for the same content is refunded.

If the game were to close permanently, a Golden Hopscotch for the current season purchased less than 30 days before the announcement would be refunded pro rata to the remainder of the season.

8. Customer service and mediation

For any question or complaint: [email protected]. If a dispute remains unresolved after a written complaint, you may refer it, free of charge, to a French court conciliator (conciliateurs.fr); the official list of consumer mediators is published at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso. You may also bring the matter before the competent court.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the consumer’s country of residence.
